The American Billiard Installers Association administers and oversees the standards of members quality and commitment to their businesses and customers. Strict guidelines and quality checks of ABIA members business stability, customer satisfaction and craftsmanship quality standards are verified by applying members and for companies who meet the high standards for membership with the ABIA they are awarded with the industry standard official ABIA recognition as a top level company in our industry. The ABIA permits acceptance of membership to "top level" individuals and companies within the pool table industry who possess the ability and professionalism to meet the standards that the ABIA has set forth and oversees in the industry. The American Billiard Installers Association is a group of pool table companies, movers and stores that offer the highest level of service and quality work in the country. The organization estimates that nationwide, less than 30% of pool table companies and movers operate with proper business registration, insurance and possess the proper experience. The ABIA is an organization that requires it's members to keep current on all business licensing and insurance requirements. Furthermore the ABIA requires any company or installer that wishes to become part of the ABIA to submit complete references from customers for work personally done.
